Hi, I'm from Ontario, Canada and my name is David...I've been playing keys for a few years, but I'm originally a clarinetist/saxophonist, and still play both. I'm in my last year of high school, and looking to upgrade my current keyboard (a junky Yamaha PSR-293) ASAP to something from Korg. I'll hope for the Triton Extreme, or maybe the M3, but who knows what NAMM will bring this year!

Nice to meet you all...I'll be around! Very Happy

Funny, you have the same background as me. I started to play clarinet at 12 but I stopped played it around 17 or 18 year old then I came back with the keyboards 19. I stopped Clarinet because I don't own one first (it was always lent to me by School) and also because I wasn't that much interested by playing it. A clarinet isn't that rocking Wink I prefer to play keyboards, it is much versatile for me as I can play anything I want, either mellow, orchestral, jazz, electronica and heavy stuff.

Huh! That is pretty neat. Just as you said, that's almost my story over again, haha...but I hope to keep playing clarinet and sax for classical and jazz/pit orchestra for a long time to come. Laughing

Nice to meet you!
