I have this posted in the Sonar Forum but so far no help so I'm trying here.

I am using Sonar HS-4. I have a Korg K49 MIDI Controller. In the assign instrument dialog box in my Sonar program it doesn't show my K49. In my Sonar 4 Power book it suggests that if my instument, (Korg K49) is not present then I can download it from the net. It will be a file with a .INS extension. I was instructed to look on Cakewalk.com/download, or on the Korg site. I have looked and can't find it. Does anyone have a site where I can specifically download my K49 to the instrument dialog box? I also read that I can use General Midi if mine is not listed. Is this true? Anything in particular I should do? I hope I gave you enough info...If you need more please let me know...Somehow, some way I will get this MIDI ball buster down...
Thanks,
Billy
