Is there a "typing keyboard to piano function" similar to what fruity loops has with this program?

I think most people spending a significant some of money on a musical instrument have some means of actually playing it!

Many hosts have this functionality (eg, Logic) but it is not up to the plugin to do this.

If your host does not have this functionality, and you require it, perhaps you should change hosts to one that does.

If you are just using the synth in standalone mode, then you are better off running it inside a host - standalone versions are really only intended to be played live from MIDI.

Some forum posts never cease to amaze me.

Seriously. As an example, some mates at a software instrument company say they still occasionally get people buying their <insert_virtual_synth_plugin_name_here> instrument, thinking that they were getting a real (hardware) instrument, not a computer disk!

And then the customer being annoyed as if they were being deliberately misled into buying this.

Because, like, polyphonic analog synths brand new do obviously cost like a hundred quid, don't they..?

Seriously, some people... Shocked Brick wall
