Hey guys.
This question has probably been answered a dozen times before, but I was unable to find any threads concerning my problem.
I recently bought the microkorg along with a USB midi interface (http://www.dv247.com/invt/30314/). The keyboard is working fine, no problems, but I've installed the driver for the usb on my laptop and still cant get any connection with the keyboard. In Reason, I've tried to locate the keyboard, but that doesnt work neither. Any suggestions? I really appreciate your help.

First, make sure you have the correct cables plugged into the MIDI IN and OUT jacks on the back of the MK.
Next, in your software, you'll have to select the MIDI interface you're using. Sometimes they default to the GM synth built into Windows until you change it. Go into the setup or configuration options in Reason or whatever you're using and select the USB MIDI interface for both in and out.
Lastly, check what MIDI channel the MK is set to and make sure Reason is communicating on that same channel. |

Sounds about right, Reason and Ableton are pretty good at auto-detecting korg stuff when the drivers are installed properly. |
