Someone said the organ sounded like an old Farfisa, and I was immediately offended, then I realized that some great music was made with those. I'm happy to hear you say that, Thanks.

Now if I had said it sounded like a Lowery Genie or Baldwin Fun Machine....THEN you can be offended! Laughing

I remember the Genie!
Also the Wersi, I saw Klaus Wunderlich in Bristol, an amazing performance.
I could play Tico Tico once.

Well,

The usual excellence showing all over the place....Love the minors anyway...(music, not baseball..) and this is SO smooth!...I really have a prob with how WELL that guitar sounds....I always wanted to play and got too far away with my classical work....

GREAT listen indeed...!!

Best Regards, ellll Rolling Eyes

Hello Stephen,

I enjoyed it too; sounds nice, relaxed and the organs add the necessary spice. Nice tune Sounds Good

Hi Stephen
This is a lovely song and I have enjoyed listening to it a few times already, only now finding time to tell you this! Lucky you to play guitar so well, there's just nothing that comes even close to this lead sound, on the triton. Boo hoo.
Another beauty from you - well done!
Yes I think you and George can start your own TSAM club Wink
Regards from
Dee

Thanks much Dee.
I do feel very fortunate to have learned to play a little guitar, it brings me much joy.
I do wish though, that I had gone to the next step, by taking formal lessons, learned to read music, and site play, but I'm awfully grateful for what I can do.
I'm very glad you you liked this.
Regards,

I still have so much to learn with the guitar, March is coming along, but as soon I hit record...
(I'm loving the organ solo in this one)
There's subtleness to the lead, I see it, inspirational, but can't possibly imagine how.

Hi Stephen, Very Happy

Just giving many things another few listens...and this just gets better.

I will not try to be more effusive...It is just good, and truly easy to just sit and listen..a long time!!!

Best Regards, John Very Happy

Hi Stephen, old time IrishActs user here (bro to Pecca, friend to daz, sharp, well..all the ol'timers! hugs)), surfed in after few cold ones Wink

When the song was reaching finish, you suddenly play the guitar with a different feel !!...so much more soulful than in the beginning. Want that in the whole song ! It was beautiful (-ler) !

The organ...a complete different sound, too pitchy? Not rumbling enough. Not complaining about feel there, only soundwise. But right after organs your guit shines ! Smile That was Santana class !
Keys were great, kit maybe too "80's rockish"?

I'd love to hear this in 70's version Very Happy

Don't judge me too hard ! Smile (3rd time listning ..guit not that soul-less after all...but the longer notes are nicer !)

Vesa

Hi Simon,
I know the feeling, I would love to play Saxaphone, but the thought of all the practice, and frustration, especially at my age!
Shocked
I don't think so!

Thanks again John, I'm so happy that you get some enjoyment from this, it's the reason I compose.

Hello Vesa,
Of course I remember you.
Thanks for the critique, I added just a tad more gain to the guitar for the last section, and I agree it is better.
The song was written around the drums, so I'm stuck there, sorry.
I might explore a 70s version, thanks for the suggestion.
Smile

A photographer mate called over yesterday (who's played guitar for years), and had a go on my strat, wow!
I'm still learning, but he made it look so easy.
(Hi Vesa!)
