If not, how can I get nice and realistic sounding voices and choirs for a Triton Studio. _________________ In misery we rest...

Symphonic Choirs is for spoken words, and by hell you need a monster of a PC to use it added to the time needed to get it to produce what you need. All in all a fantastic package, but it's a lot of work.
If your just looking for Choir sounds you can use a pads, then “Symphony Of Voices” is what your after. All of which will run on the Triton Studio if you have the CD-Writer option installed.
Check it out. http://www.spectrasonics.net/libraries/symphonyvoices.php

It is possible somehow to convert the samples on the libraries like the "Symphony Of Voices" to .PCG? _________________ In misery we rest...

You can load the AKAI Data into your Triton Studio using the Internal CD-Writer, and save the data back to the hard disk as KORG Format.
Once you do that you no longer need to use the CD's.
Loading the data into the Triton using the built in AKAI conversion program will generate the PCG files for you.
However..... please note that a PCG file is nothing more than a bunch of settings and for the sounds to work you will need to have the KSC/KSF/KMP and PCG data loaded to memory.
Regards.
