N364 - Choir L+R question (buzzing?)

I don't know why, but in my Choir L+R Prog(D47) on certain notes I get buzzing. That's on A3, F#4, D#5 and C6. Others are awesome (gotta love this program), but the buzzing unfortunately (sounding like cicadas) doesn't sound too good when playing.

Other N364 users have the same or is my synth faulty?
