i have tried other times but without positive success.. during update process ...the same dialog box with the same mistake
"sorry, please retry" ...and then press update again to restart the update.
Then I closed all applications (safari/iTunes/bluetooth/Airport/...)
and upgrade comple/successful !! WOOW
(that may have been the cause?)
