Should be getting a micro korg sometime this week (nice one with the reversed keys).

Suddenly realised my old amp is bust. And now I need a new one. My question is what should i look for in an amp for a microkorg? I don't want to spend more than 70 pounds really, But i won't be doing shows or anything fancy, it'll just be for playing around on. Any advice?? Would a normal guitar amp be ok? Any recommended brands?

Just shove a pair of good cans straight into it, works wonders and nobody will complain!

For mixing: AKG K-240 (now discontinued! Buy 'em up!) ($149.99 or less)
All I could find @ Guitar Center's website were the new MKII's:

For pleasure and play: Sennheiser HD-280 ($119.00)

a guitar amp would not be good because they naturally distort the sound and do not have an even frequency response.
you really want some good studio active/powered monitors (I got behringer MS16 monitors for about £40). heaphones are also fine.
