|
|
These rotary knobs feels for me like a toy. Compared to A&H rotary knobs (which are rock solid), DJM series knobs and many another, I couldn't talk about quality on knobs used on zero mixers. Why couldn't they put there real high-end knobs? Especially on this price range, especially whan all another mechanical parts like faders and buttons are good. Why are these knobs so swaying?
I'm afraid of low endurace of these knobs. Does anyone have same impression? |

The poor knob build quality was among my first complaints of my Zero 8 when i got it. I switched from an Allen & Heath Zone 62.
The knobs on the Korg definitely feel flimsy, but have stood up to my use so far. My use is fairly limited, however.
I do not believe the Korgs would stand up for long in a club installation. |

I have noticed the knobs are a little loose I might even say flimsy, that said they work well.
My feeling is they're just knobs and when the first one breaks I will simpley replace the lot with something better.
best,
