I did have version 1.4. I unfortunately didnt do the 1.5 download and went straight to 1.6. I now want to do the 1.5 update but when I connect my Mac to the Zero 8 it says 'system update - WAIT' for ages. And I mean ags. I left it running whilst I had a bath for 30 mins and came back to see the WAIT signal.

Is there no way I can do the 1.5 update? I need it to increase the CUE VOLUME.

Someone please help me!

did you set properly in the update pgm the midi in to korg Zero midi2in and
out to midi2out, and if I well remember in this menu there is a box you can uncheck that is called
"check current version", maybe you need to uncheck it so the 1.5 can be written over the 1.6.

I first installed 1.5, I didn't manage to install 1.6 getting a "timing error" till I manually killed all non necessary running pgm in taskmanager, then I manage to install it, try also this with 1.5

hope it can help you

hey! i cant find the option that says that i can 'uncheck' it just says that i have the most up to date software. Think that may be why its not letting me update the old one. hoe do i delete the 1.6 version?

any clues?

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSS!!!!

Ive done it. the was a section on the update that said 'force update'. When you do this it automatically forces over the most jup to date update. I now have the 1.5 updates. Cant say that the monitor volume has increased that much though. i will have to wait until i take it out to play on it .

thanks!
