With getting a static feed back using their microkorg. I keep hearing static if I am listening through the headphones or stereo outing it through my MPC? Any help. ANd yes if I turn the output volume down it sounds less but I still hear it.

Need more info really.
Is there anything connected to the mic/line inputs? Disconnect these and all MIDI connections.
Is the problem on all patches? Try a factory reset.
Is static on all outputs (phones, line left, line right etc)?
Failing that, must be an internal fault so outside my scope - sorry!

I'll try the factory reset.

is it the cables you're using? have you tried a different cable, speaker, etc. have you tried plugging phones directly into the output? do you still hear it?

is there any particular time when you hear it (e.g. just when you hit a key, move a knob, etc), or is it constant?

does the noise sound like it is coming through the filter or is it seperate from the rest of the sound?

have you got the microphone/input thru setting turned on? (sends the inputs to the outputs without processing. kind of turning MK into a mixer or allowing you to use the microphone to speak/sing. so if you have noisy inputs...)

Just make sure that NOISE LEVEL is turned all the way down in MIXER and that you don't have any (no5) patches on. Other than that, I'm no hardware expert.
