I own TriEdit Pro.
As others have pointed out it, is a vast improvement from using the small LCD csreen to edit your programs and combinations.
I enjoy writing techno and trance.
So I start with those types of sounds and experiment from there.
It usually only takes a few minutes to come up with something equally trippy.

Tri-Edit Pro? Money well spent.

Paul

Does it make editing ARPs easier?

Thanks

Yes, editing arp's is much easier with TriEdit Pro.
It's one of my main uses for the program.
I think you'll enjoy it.

There are a lot of functions in the Le that I have been wanting to control via PC software, and the ARP is one of them. Sounds like TriEdit Pro is a great purchase, which maybe I should go for when I have enough spare funds.

In the meat time, I will start on my own program, and see what I achieve first - the funds, or my own app...

Ok, I finally pulled the trigger and got the TR88. I gotta say it's a lot more keyboard than I was really expecting to get in this price range!

Anyway I went ahead and got the TR Edit Pro program as well and found a bug in it almost right away. Because I use the keyboard to control several external devices I set up combinations to send program change messages on different midi channels to the other devices. With other synths I use EX2 but for other processors just using EXT is fine.

Pretty quickly I discovered that the TR Edit Pro program wasn't displaying these two parameters correctly and in fact you can't even set EX2 within the program.

Photobucket

I sent them this same photo in an e-mail and they responded the next day saying it was a "hold over" from the Triton and would be fixed in the next revision. They didn't, however, say when that might be.

I tried the demo on Win 10 home and could not get it to display the sequence pages.

I tried contacting the provider through the email on the web page and no answer in several days.

I see there is no activity on this subject since 2008.

Anyone else make any recent purchases so I know it can be bought?
Anyone else been able to contact the programmer.

Is there anyone confident enough to work with me to see if I can get the demo to work?
