Although I am influenced by the above 3 genres, my music does not nessecarily sound like that. You can find my solo myspace page here

2 new songs up
the boogyman likes songs in e minor - a rather long song in the key of E minor, has a piano intro that builds up into the verse, then a pretty standard verse and chorus. Ends with a guitar srtumming section at 100 bpm which increases to 120 bpm.
rushing to the year 2112 - inspired by the Rush song 2112. |

Wow, that's no Casio, I was reading your bio there. Actually you've got some very nice parts in the boogy man song, but they seem so separate from each other that it sounds to my ears like various song portions simply placed together side by side. This is often how I start out a piece when it's got several ideas going on, I think it would be interesting to do some smooth development between the various portions to stream the emotion along. Just an opnion. Also, for instance when the last part has fully kicked in it seems to simply continue on and on without saying anything new, I would try to buid up something else in there as well to maintain the interest level and emotion.
Rushing does sound like Rush a little. I like the transitions here much better. This one is quite fun. Hey, I would try playing in a band with you, but then we'd have 2 keyboardists and we'd claw each others eyes out in competition for all the best lead parts
Hey, not to toot my own horn but my stuff is just me on a Triton Studio, similar to what you're doing. Though now I've bought an M3, and am just learning it. Hey, Climbing the Stairs has some really fun surprises in there. I'm so glad I checked out your stuff. Maybe the next time we start a "One Song A Month" club you could join us. We write and post one song each month and discuss and encourage. Cheers!! _________________ George Nelson is 2loose
