What's up. I figured since this is a rookie question, I should post it in here. I am trying to get my midi rig figured out and am having some issues. Right now I have:
Kaospad3---MIDI THRU---> MicroKorg----> MPC4k---> SoundCard
Is there a way to get the message from the kaos pad to register with the mpc so that the effects are applied to the microkorg sound when recording? Thank you for any help. |

Nothing's up.
This is not really the appropriate place for questions - this is for New Members to introduce themselves. I am just concerned that you will not get a response here.
Please re-post your question (e.g. in "Korg MS2000 & microKorg" section).
Just trying to help. _________________ PA4X-76, Karma, WaveDrum GE, Fantom 8 EX

You can start by reading the manual for the KP3. You have it hooked up completely wrong. And it doesn't help that you don't know the difference between midi and audio. The KP3 effects aren't applied via midi, it does audio effects. You should spend several hours googling midi before attempting to use it. |
