headphone)but display is ok. |

is it the mainboard problem?
I checked there's no sound signal get into the amplifier board. |

I assume you have tried SOUND mode and STYLE PLAY MODE with different sounds etc?
If so it sounds like you may need to get it to your local Korg service rep.

If you are the Korg Service, why are you asking us? Do you not have Korg circuit diagrams etc.. for the i-series?
I would assume that as a Korg Service Agent, you would have access to the technical data on the i-series....
