First of all apologies if this has been resolved. I tried to search for it.

I would hear a static sound when I touched certain pads at times or turned a filter knob, but now no audio. Had this electribe for 3 years. Bought used.
Visually, the unit works fine. Is this a firmware issue? I reset to factory setting but still no sound.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
