Hi,
I am beginning to experiment with "tuning offsets" that require a tuner sensitive enough to measure +/- 1 cent. The pitchblack appears to be that sensitive (thankfully b/c I own one) but the question is: Does each LED light amount to 1 cent? I usually use Mode 1.

It's difficult to find this info online or on this forum so I'm hoping someone knows.
