Download the ix300i manual, most Korg manuals show how to do this operation with a simple diagram, usually a simple operation , have done it a few times on M1's and procedure is probably very similar. If Korg haven't got the ix300i manual, search the web, as most manuals are out there online.
Don't forget to unplug the power lead to avoid an electrical shock !
You will need to either unscrew a panel or the base of the unit, and locate the circular battery. It will be clipped in position. Take the old one out and slide the new one in so the clip holds it in place and it makes contact. You will know if you have done it correctly if when you switch on the programs come up as normal. _________________ Krome, M3, Kurz PC3, Tyros 2
