Without knowing your purposes, the best choice is none of the above, as it all depends on your main objectives and priorities. Each option you've given has unique characteristics.

I would say the Extreme. it is a better synth overall - it has all of the expansions available for the Triton built in.
You can always add the MOSS later if you want.

MOSS will give you good analog sounds and very expressive wind, EP and organ instruments, but even the normal versions of these instruments in both keyboards are fairly good. The Extreme is the top of the range of the triton line, the classic is in the middle.

Actually the Studio is the top of the range due to its sysex implementation and other features. The TEx is better than the TC but i still believe the studio is the best.

Ahmed, this is only my guess from other posts, whatever you get you will need
something with MOSS or TriSolo or you wont be satisfied with any of thos.
If you even get a Classic with MOSS board you'll be ok to go.

Solo-TRI is not for Triton. It was the first physical modelling board (emulating Korg Prophecy) released exlusively for the Korg Trinity only.

Only EXB-MOSS is for Korg Triton.

Solo-TRI and Moss-TRI are both for Korg Trinity only.

Extreme first, then if and when applicable, get the moss board. I have the classic, an extreme & the moss board. The only one i couldn't live without is the extreme. A wonderful wonderful keyboard. I have the M3 too and although the extreme can't touch it (give or take the odd wonderful sample from the inbuilt cards - oh, and the much better keys themselves), it still compares so well that i couldn't seperate them. Dream keyboards.

+1 to this and I would even add, you can always add RADIAS-R later instead of MOSS. Unless you are after physical modeling, the RADIAS (to me) sounds overall better than the EXB-MOSS in my Triton Extreme, and the price delta (both second hand now) is likely $100 or so. Plus there is loads more polyphony.

No, you can't put a radias in a Triton - but what I think he's saying above is that he can add a radias rack (radias-R) as an expansion to his studio, as opposed to his keyboard!

Correct, that's what I meant Smile
I have a MOSS board in my Triton Extreme and downloaded several MOSS patches here as well as created my own.
When I bought the RADIAS-R and play it next to the TrEX+MOSS, the RADIAS really blows it away in the virtual analog realm.
So if you are looking for the best virtual analog, to my ears it would be RADIAS.
But if you are looking for VA+physical modeling the MOSS can do that (the RADIAS does not do physical modeling, at least not designed for it, in the way MOSS is).
Also one last consideration, RADIAS has 24-note polyphony whereas EXB-MOSS has just 6-note polyphony.
