You set it on the microKorg. Turn the knobs to get to the MIDI settings. I'm not in front of my mk right now, so can't tell you exactly. There's 3 settings, AUTO, INT & EXT. You want EXT.

When you have finished using the editor, put the MIDI Clock back to AUTO or INT, because otherwise the arpegiator won't work (unless your computer is sending MIDI clocks).

Thank's I have changed to Ext Clock, but again I there's the messege "Midi device not detected"

I have downloaded the Frooty Lopps software and I can use the microKorg as a MIDI interface, so I think it's the f***** software which has the problem.

I'm getting issues with a recently purchased microkorg XL where my pc cannot see the micro. Not in the sound editor and not in any DAW. The synth works great and the guy who sold it connected it to his pc no problem whatsoever.

Running win 7 32 bits and installed the latest drivers. I can say i'm really pissed.

Anyone have any solutions to this?

I got mine working
