Okay I have been looking at this machine and to me the price is freaking rediculious but then again it does have some things that make it worth it.there is a pgogram called mimik were if I was to buy it I could clone my favorite sounds from my m50 to the miko then just sell the m50 and make some money which will cover some of the money I spent on the miko. But the processor and ram are what I'm concered about because it's only a dual core intel with 2 g of ram and not sure if it can handle running more than 10 high sampled synths at once which I'm most likely to do.But I do run sonar with the freeze function but still I gotta wonder any suggestions?

I think the Miko might be a little underpowered if your talking about running large sample sets.

Another alternative is Lionstracs. I don't have my one too long myself, but you can see some video's and mp3's I've uploaded so far.

As for Mimik, that by no means unique software.
Sample Robot existed long before Open Labs ever did.

There are other programs that do this too.

And others......

I would simply use the Kronos and sell the M3. I have a Miko seems like an excellent solution however minor issues could cause major downtime and frustration. Openlabs support is available but it cost $$$.
