Does anyone know if Korg Pa800 styles work on the Pa1x?

No. Styles are not backward compatible.

There may be converters somewhere that may do this.
There are already a number of PA800 styles pre-converted to PA1XPro format - some can be found on the KorgPA website plus more.

If you want more please let me know - I think I still have some.
