I get an error message when trying to upgrade Korg Triton

I have copied all three disks and put what's inside of them in the root of the floppies. I turned on my Triton with enter and locate and it asked for disk 1 so i inserted it. It started showing me Now Loading, Erasing ROM and some other stuff, and then it gave me an error "Read Failed""Insert System Disk 1" Now my Korg does not even load but I can still access the upgrade option. Please help me out, what should I do?

You'd be better off posting this in one of the Triton sections on this forum.
