No plans for a Mac version yet, unless there was sufficient demand.

WX, if you can get the DSS-1 part working, it would be worth posting into the Harmony Central thread - I'm sure there will be a few potential takers there! Smile

I think we are finally getting somewhere with this...
But somehow it wont load KMPs, tried Triton and M3 KMPs, it doesnt show them.
Also, fix the REMEMBER LAST LOCATION, i mean add that so everything you do
another search it doesnt always bring you to C Drive but whatever was last.

Hi Nedim,

It doesn't load KMPs? Could you send me some of those you are trying to load?

Could do for the next update. But another solution is to put Wave Xtractor in the Folder where your files are located and it will start from that Folder.

Yes you are right about putting the program in the root folder but still, it is
better if its just anywhere and remembers last location, as for KMP, i went
to ANY folder of KMPs (i have hundreds of them) i doesnt display them, it just
shows the folders of KSFs but not the actual KMP itself...unless i have to load
the Main Filder and then see if all KMPs show up.

Edit:
Ok, now i tested it, you have to Load the whole Main folder and then all of the
KMPs show...an advice, for us Programmers this would be a No Go, try if you
can to do it same way as other programs do, once you get in the folder of KMPs
to see all of the KMPs and then to be able to Load Single KMP while keeping
this feature on, Loading whole folder at once.

I mean KMP shouldnt be the main focus of this program, its a nice feature
but there is far more advanced programs for working with KMPs.
Better focus on the PA section in general itself, it is actually the VERY FIRST
software that to make makes sense and impresses me. There was hundreds
of attempts by people to do something for PA but not succeeded yet.

Dear WE: Can we merge the sets with this program? I really don't mind to contribute just to support your hard work.

Hi Arash,

Thank you for your support, but I don't think it is worth it, if KORG are not willing to contribute/co-operate and accept HELP.

But I do have other ideas Smile

Hi Alexi, the software has come a long way from the first version. Just an idea I would like to see implemented if possible - The conversion of kmp/sf2 to wav and then back to Yamaha tvn/uvn. Some of us here are multi keyboard owners and that imho would be a nice feature to have. I understand that it would be 'raw' Data but that can be altered and tweaked. Smile

I've also seen elsewhere the idea that Motif sounds could be converted to other formats but it seems no-one has the knowhow.... Cool

Hi mrniceneasy,

kmp to tvn/uvn is a possibility but quite limited on resources with the tvn/uvn formats. So might be something I could look in to in the future but don't think it would be anytime soon.

Also regarding Motif Sounds. Could you provide me with some of these files? I have no clue about them but could have a look in to this.

I do have some plans which again would interest the KORG community, but that is yet to come Very Happy
