Hi, I am having trouble recprding my x5d in Reaper. I have my X5D connected to a behringer xenyx x1204 usb mixing desk which in turn is connected to my desktop via usb. When i start Reaper, it recognises the X5D is there, but i get no sound when i try to record it. I am new to home recording and am probably doing something wrong but I don't know what. If anybody knows what settings i should have, I would be extremely grateful if you could share them with me. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to record audio into Reaper, not midi data via USB. I used my PC's stock soundcard and fed it stereo audio from my m-50 into Reaper and had very respectable results.
