Hi everyone
If you have problem with Keys on your keyboard Korg Pa 80, 800 follow these steps. You don’t need to send your KB to Korg or other technicians. You can do it by yourself. I have provided some pictures to open either keyboard. Both have the same physical structure.
All you have to do is to clean the circuit and the robber plastic board which covers the keys with alcohol. Believe it or not there is dirt and dust there. I hope this solves one of your probles.
How to open the KB and take off the bottom cover:
1- Put your kb upside down and unscrew the all the screws underneath of the kb.
2- Carefully lift the cover (not too high) and the same time rotate your hands clockwise, you’ll see there are three wires inside which connect the kb together. Secure the bottom board and pull the three wires.

3- Unscrew the keys in front of you where you see keys. (There is no screw under the floppy drive; you don’t need to disconnect the floppy drive). Make sure put your hands under the keys to don’t fall; otherwise you will break the plastic poles which hold the keys. Before you take the keys out, there is a plastic data cable (blue) on the right of the keyboard, make sure to disconnect this cable. Also there two gray data cables on the circuit (with the red connection). Detach them.

4- Now you have the keys in front of you. There are two circuit boards on the keys (kind of white/beige). Unscrew the one which has problem with the keys.

5- If you look at the board there small robber plastic connection to the board, carefully detach robber plastic board from the circuit board (green) you’ll see some black dotted connections. Just clean the board and the robber plastic with alcohol and then put everything back. That’s all. You should be okay now.
