Quote them the pre-order special price from NovaMusik ($2799 = $200 off MAP). They'll probably match it. _________________ Korg gear: Kronos 73.

Sweetwater will quote you MAP (Minimum Advertised Price). I assume the MAPs have been announced by Korg to dealers but I am not sure.
Sweetwater has tentatively promised to match the price I got from NovaMusik.com but my Sales Rep was waiting on the Sweetwater pricing guy to confirm (I suspect he was at NAMM).
I would check again next week (when NAMM is over). |

MAP is $3799. Apparently the "pre-order special price" at NovaMusik is $3599. _________________ Korg gear: Kronos 73.

From what I have read, NovaMusik is offering $200 off any of the Kronos MAPs. If you are in the market for a Kronos 88 that represents a 5% discount. Even more if you are interestedin the 73 or 61 models. |

Please buy only from nova musik. I hate when these parasite companies pricematch! Nobody deserves to have their business stolen away from them due to a good gesture they implemented.
And nova musik usually has the best deals around. Once they were selling Access Virus TI new for $1495. _________________ "Korg simply makes the best sounding synths. Thank you Katoh and the rest!" |

I never buy from the sales guy who matches a price. You to the first store and spend so much time there asking question and they put a lot of time in to answering your questions to get the sale...if i go down the road and the guy in the second store says ill match the first guy...i say no thnks and go back to the first guy who sweated it with me initially.
If the second store wants my business they have to knock of a big chunk more to get my business...i have no interest in someone matching the price.
