What do you mean by SetUp Mode? Is it a new Mode?

I think he meant Combi.

And yes, the limit is polyphony. Smile

Perhaps he meant Set List Mode.

AFAIK you can load any combi into the set list.

Are you sure? I know the upper limit per program is two parts/synths, but is there no definitive limit in combi mode? If I can load at least 4 instances of MOD7 at once and the vocoder is decent I'm getting one..! Cool

You should be able to load as much MOD-7 instances as you want... but in that case you're gonna be limited by max poly quoted for the MOD-7 engine.

Well, just so he doesn't get confused: in "Combination" or "Sequence" mode, you can use MOD-7, or any of the other engines, for all 16 timbres. Not quite "as many instances as you want," but not bad!
