there are a couple of patterns i made on the ielectribe i want to use. i'm taking an 1/8 inch cable out from the ipad headphone jack and straight into the digidesign interface. couple of things:
1. it sounds really, really bad. tons of noise and it's creating an odd delay effect. don't know why, i am doing it the same way i record from my electribe hardware and that's never been a problem.
2. one of the patterns is very, very quiet. it's set at the same settings as other patterns as far as i can tell but i'm having to put tons of gain and eq on it to get it loud enough and then i have to worry about all the noise that i've also boosted.
any ideas? |

You could just 'bounce' the patterns out as WAV files and then import them into your software if compatible.
That way you negate the need to have an audio connection from pad to computer.
