Thank you very much LiM! It's members like you who add so much value to these forums!

My Deutsch is not that great, but I got it all except for "SearchFunction" and "BatteryBuffered" - had to look those two up. Wouldn't Absicherung der Stromversorgung be more correct? Wink

cheers,
Rick

Hello Rick

The best way to be save, is to save all-sets. Each day, or after Editing
of some SB-entries.
When you had built "one" STS over more days, then its better to save
your work each day in a NEW SET.

The Battery-Buffering is only for the samples, which are in the
sample-ram. This RAM (EXB128M or EXB256M) holds no SB-datas, styles
or performances.
So all samples are preloaded. Its only for a faster startup of the PA3.
When your PA3 is not in work for a week, it will load all samples new.
All Samples are also in the Flash. Each time.

When the samples are sounding bad, then switch off (no standby)the key
completely and wait 15-20 seconds.
After this you can start the key new and in nearly all cases the samples will sound correct.
