Hi folks,

We've replaced the 44.1kHz versions with 48kHz versions.

Akos, initially they were rate-converted after being recorded, but we've uploaded the non-converted versions so you could enjoy that extra 3.9kHz. Smile

Also, there's a new demo in the list, using the "Bell Transforms" MOD-7 Program.

Enjoy!

-Rich

Dear Rich, thank you for the correction!

I still have one question:

When I use "internal bouncing" in OASYS - in PROGRAM, COMBI or SEQ modes - then the result is always a 16-bit/48 kHz WAV file. It's like the Sampling process.

According to Kronos' specs the sampling is the same as in OASYS: 16-bit/48 kHz.

Question: How could you directly record 24-bit demos then? In Kronos the "internal bouncing" is an improved process working at 24-bit?

PS. Believe me, it's not me who needs that extra 3.9 kHz for the demos. Wink I know how OASYS sounds. But the explanation was a kind of misleading.

Hi Akos,

Sampling into RAM is always 16-bit. When recording directly to the internal SSD, however, Kronos can use either 16-bit or 24-bit resolution.

Hi, thank you, this is very nice.

Is this then an improvement in Kronos (compared to OASYS)? Or I missed something with my O? Very Happy
