I started up iElectribe today, wanting to try out the new WIST features
(wireless midi synch between iPads! Great)

Then saw a teaser screen :

"want to tweak some real analog synths?" or something like that.
Visit KORGs .jp website on the 6th

It was a close up photo of control knobs, on a black device...

Wild Guess:
Could it be a MIDIfied version of MS20 or something??
(a la Moog Voyager)

Of course, I can't wait till the 6th to know about this!!! Wink
Anybody got a clue to this mysterious black box?

This message also appears on ims20
(I don't think it did last night.)

Comparing it to a photo of a ms20,

The knobs look somewhat different.
So it may be something else?

A pro destop version of the mono tron with midi?
"the poly tron"? Wink ha ha

Could this have something to do with the recent registration of trademark for the name 'monotribe' mentioned in the latest news forum?
