| I'd guess that should mean the English versions should be following closely behind. The voice name list PDF is in English though. |

What a surprise: this is the first time I experience that product info at korg.de is published earlier than at korg.com. 
Why hurry? Is this a compensation for the missing price info?

huh .... from voicelist it looks like we have only 128+128 free slots (Bank IG+UG) for user programs - at the situation that you can't modify programs without ruining combi(s) - this is extremely disappointing for state-of-the-art pro instrument designed for serious editing as Rich Formidoni said at Kronos presentation. Maybe I have misunderstood something?

"due bits eine kassekopf"
something like "you are a cheesehead"
Worthwhile and valuable phrases essential to your travel around Germany
That said, my German teacher was a Yorkshireman - couldn't understand his English, let alone any other language

I counted 6 user banks (assume you can mangle all of these) - isnt that 768 patches - then of course woudln't you keep patches on a USB - or on a laptop/PC with a patch librarian. I thought I read that you can store 128*128 = 16,384 patches in the set lists? |

But all those 6 user banks seem fully preloaded with programs. If for example I want to change modulation routings for a program I need to save it first in new free slot and only non-PC solution for that is Bank G. If Korg at least managed to put some * or () or other mark to the program names (or show programm use option in menu) so that we could identify which of them are in use in combis - that would largely solve the problem. External program storage is not a solution in my opinion.

You could try harder, really!
The most important phrase around Germany:
"Pommes Schranke, bitte!"
Direct translation: "Chips gate, please!"
Meaning: (Railway)-Gates have the colors red and white, thus it translates to "Chips red and white" (actually "Pommes rot weiss" was commonly used before year 2006) which again translates to "Chips with ketchup and mayonnaise!" Note: this phrase was invented a few years ago, so you won't find it in a dictionary, but it's used throughout Nordrhein Westfalia and more than 5 million of the Germans use the phrase almost daily.
Tip: In case someone doesn't understand "Pommes Schranke" then order "Pommes rot weiss". You then know this guy is a relict from the last century. 
BTW ordering tea with Bratwurst can result in
(1) you won't get it (very likely)
(2) everyone immediately knows: this guy is a cheesehead from England, with relatives in Wisconsin. (not very likely)
(3) in Nordrhein Westfalia they will reply with a smile: "With 'Pommes Schranke', or just plain?" (likely)

Looks like the handbook explains about patch programming (in overview) using HD-1 as an example.
I guess the details will be in the Parameter Guide. But I actually think this makes sense since the guides for the Oasys seem a little bit repetative. |

The handbook is 275 pages - the parameter guide is looking around the 3,000 page mark and a short piece from Stephen Kay explaining succinctly how Karma works gets delivered in a 30ton truck. |
