Rich gave a spectacular demo at the Miami Sam Ash store. I saw him live at NAMM earlier, he has since spent a lot more time with the Kronos and had all new set lists. His enthusiasm around Kronos is contagious. Just a terrific player, presenter and very nice person.

I was surprised at how light and the 61 is, along with Korg using plastic (reinforced/backed by metal) on the end caps of the device. Owning a Steinway, Motifs and a bunch of Korg stuff, this keyboard honestly sounds better than anything I have ever heard. The detail is amazing.

So far we are not disputing the sound just the build quality. There has already been an issue with the alpha wheel!

Rest easy on the alpha wheel. It is a unique pot that stays on extremely well. To get it off, as we did, it took a lot of pulling and wiggling,

I sincerely doubt there will be any problem with the knob. In fact, I was very impressed with the quality and technology once we wrestled it off.

Well, but did you have to lean way over the screen??

If these two issues are no big deal, some of us will have to find something else to complain about. Wink
