Haven't seen one in person, are the cases brushed aluminum ?
Do they look pretty sturdy and are the side pieces plastic?

I would like to know this too. Would be cool if the Kronos was made out of an aluminum block like the Mac Books are. Smile

I believe they are plastic

One of the reasons the weight is so low?

Yeah, maybe we can clean the finger prints off of them. Man remember the tritons, even the M3 isn't easy to clean

No need to clean them,

The Kronos all have a micro thin film of Radiation around the Case which will prevent any soilings!!! Mr. Green

Honestly ... that's not funny in any little way ... to make a joke about any of the side effects of what happened in Japan is sick . 10's of Thousands of people died ... remember that before posting any untoward comments.

RANT OVER

I do hope you also vented your offended manner to those who started the actual thread about Radiation contamination worries about Kronos elsewhere.... Rolling Eyes Face palm

The case is aluminum and very nice. The ends are black, shiny plastic. When I turned mine off last night, the screen was covered with very visible fingerprints! However, the rest of the machine will probably stay pretty clean. I like it!

thanks for reediting it so you looked less heartless ... No i didn't make any comments on the previous thread, I almost did ... but as normal i kept my off thread views to myself but lately with what i've seen on here I may as well join in as it seems to be a free for all ...

Still you seem to be sticking by your guns on your comment ... well done !
