BTW... KRONOS ASSAULT will be free to all OASYS user who have OASYS ASSAULT.

It contains everything from OASYS ASSAULT except for the Piano content, but it also contains a few additional sounds OASYS users don't have.

I did not include the Piano content as it would increase the cost of the library considerably for KRONOS users, and it's technically irrelevant on the KORNOS considering it has streaming Pianos that are really great. This allows allows me to greatly reduce the amount of free Sample RAM required.

To further save on the over all cost, it's available as a download only, unlike OASYS ASSAULT which comes only on DVD.

Existing OASYS users can also make use of the KRONOS edition as it will come with 2 PCG files. One OASYS format and one native KRONOS format. So even if your not moving to the KRONOS there's something in this for you for free.

Regards
Sharp.

Just listened to some sound demos on your site. I'm curious about it: is the '005 Laser harp' patch made with samples of a real Elka Synthex? I hardly recognised the sound...

It's not a recreation of the original sound he used on his album, it's one that I heard in a remix that I just loved and had to recreate.

I've got a few very odd CD's laying around with version of his songs done by him that I've not heard anywhere else. There's one version of Oxygen in particular that I've never heard on any other CD ever.

It's definitely by Jarre, but nothing like he normally plays. I must upload a short clip of it sometime. High time we had a thread devoted to Jarre anyway.

Regards
Sharp.

Does that mean that Oasys users would also be able to purchase a "reduced content" version too? Not that your work isn't worth the full $233... but $127 would be MUCH easier to swallow, especially if one doesn't need another piano.

Love the sounds by the way!

Yes, that's correct.

A version of KSC GEN will also be released to support the “Lite” version. This will be free to existing OASYS ASSAULT KSC GEN users also.

Sharp.

Sharp, can all these be loaded without having to first remove any of the original programs?

I bought your Assault when I owned the Oasys.. I sold it though, so does that count for the Kronos?
