|
|
I've just noticed some odd sound on several combis / programs where the keys G2# thru B2 sound like they are playing chords and are quite different to the other samples / keys. These are on piano combis / programs such as PRG I A 000 Kronos German Grand.
Anyone else hearing this?
Is it perhaps some temporary glitch?
I do not recall hearing this before now.
I have not edited or changed anything to do with these sounds.
Its just about the same all the sounds from what I can tell. Could I possibly have accidentally changed something?
Trying to locate any such change now ....
Found the reason: I had assigned those notes to be played by the Pads
So not sure why that causes the problem but turning off the pad assigns fixed it.

So, this is related to the recent post about assuring keys to play the pads. Is this a global change, or can you assign certain keys to trigger pads for a particular patch / combi / setlist?

I made a Global change but I think you can do this per patch
I was trying to set the pads to respond to a certain midi note (from external device)
Why that effected all the internal sounds is confusing to me. |
