|
|
Hey there,
I've read the sequencer chapter of the parameter guide but found nothing about loading wave files from a usb stick into the sequencer.
I load the files properly into the RAM but then can't find a way to assign them to an audio track.
Besides, I'd like to know where I can unload these wav files from RAM individually.
I feel a bit stupid since owning such a machine involves being in touch with it
Many thanks in advance |

You don't have to load the file into ram since the data will be streamed from disc. first copy the file to the internal drive, in sequencer mode select the audio track, go to the track edit tab and open the dropdown menue. Select audio event edit, create a new event, there you can import the audio file from disc.
When saving everything in disc mode, the audio data will be written to a subfolder. The original file can be erased after that.
Hope everything is correct since I wrote everything from mind.
Unloading samples can be done in global mode. |
