Audio output just stopped.

After 5 minutes since switching on the Kronos.

Tried changing combis etc but nothing worked. Switched off waited 20 seconds.

Switched back on .. waiting for restart to complete now...

Nope - no audio.

No headphone output either.

Damn....

The nearest repair center did not know what a Kronos was.

Anyone else had this problem with audio?

First time this has ever happened with any new hardware.

First thing I would check is to see that your Local Control is 'ON' in Global.

Thanks Lou. Its On.

The audio came back on after re-startying the K a second time.

Now I'm not sure what to do about a 'repair'.

Is this going to be an issue that happens again or just a one of glitch?

I don't play out live but if I did I'd probably be very concerned about this.

For now I'll see what happens over the next few days. Hopefully it will not happen again. Ever.

I think in some situations the vector joystick pushed to the right will turn everything off.

I'm sorry that you had this difficulty. If it happens again, try going through the steps in the Troubleshooting section of the Operation Guide Appendix. Also - you mention calling a local service center; in the future, I'd suggest calling your national Korg Distributor's product support (see my signature for contact info).
