|
|
Hello!
I use to record the output of the drum track
and drums from Karma with my M3 (midi)
In sequencer mode (using copy from combi)
track parameter (midi)/ from int to both,
Maybe I am missing something or something's
different with the Kronos, but I have no midi
input in my DAW (LOGIC or REAPER) for the
drum track I can record Karma with no problem but not the drum track.
I dont have my M3 anymore so I can't verify
but I am sure that I could record the drum track in my DAW
Read the guides but couldn't find nothing vs
drum track and ext recording
Did someone try that ?

I cannot confirm the M3 Drum track, but you are correct about recording the drum track in Kronos. I "Can" record the output midi notes of the drum track only from Program mode.
In Global/Midi, lower right, select (Check) the "Program Midi Out". This will give you midi notes of the drum track "Only" in Program mode. I get "No response" in Combi mode also.
I have no idea why this is specific only to Program mode? I have been questioning the same thing for days now..
I'm curious if this was an oversight or if there is an explanation, I'd love to know..
What I have been doing is recording the drum track from Program mode and then bouncing back and forth to Seq.
The drum track you lay down in Program mode will be played by the drum track in seq, but as of now you cannot record the drum track midi notes in seq. (Unless I'm missing something?) _________________ Lou |
