I just don't get it..... the manuals arn't helping here.. I used the step sequencer on the radias without to much trouble. but I just can't get either the common or dedicated sequencers to fire..
For melodic use it says Assign the Step Sequencer as an AMS source for
Pitch. They don't give pitch as an option.

Assign the step sequencer as an AMS source for pitch.
So you go to the Pitch page... and set the source as Step Sequenger (or whatever it says), and set the Intensity to full (I presume).
AMS always works by assigning sources at their destination. _________________ Current Gear: Kronos 61, RADIAS-R, Volca Bass, ESX-1, microKorg, MS2000B, R3, Kaossilator Pro +, MiniKP, AX3000B, nanoKontrol, nanoPad MK II,
