I have asked for help and I get absolutely nothing. Korg abandoned it's products and then on top of that I can not even get replies in the forum. I myself will never buy another Korg unit of any kind and I will be sure to let everyone else know how Korg does folks. You can go out and buy new items and then you cant get the upgrades to the items because you find that they have been discontinued after you purchase. I will be sure and post all my experiences with korgnd believe me, they are not good ones. This forum even sucks, you post and can't even get a reply. Whatever, i'm through with Korg and this piece of s**t forum. Please delete me for speaking my mind. Thanks for nothing to all the above mentioned.

If you need support or other help on your product, the first place to stop should always be the Korg distributor in your country. Unfortunately Korg has different distributors for different countries. there is no global support although Korg USA does a lot of mass-marketing stuff. Some countries seem to have better support than others.

Sorry to see you're feeling this way mrcountry...even though I might be late, what is it you need help for? Maybe I'll be able to reply?
