Are there any more members who have a problem with thier Kronos but have not added to this poll.

Currently, and generally, the problems seem to diminish with higher serial numbers.

I'm hesitating to put it in yet - I seem to have been able to replicate the note muting issue a limited number of times, I have the whole day to check it properly tomorrow.

Did you come to any conclusions today?

Well I've been playing it all day, and it does happen - but only very occasionally, which would suggest that some people have this issue far worse that I do - at the moment. Which is not to say that it's satisfactory, and if it turns out to be a hardware problem there's always the chance it could get worse.

Is it specific notes or octaves that are muted?

Not specific notes as far as I can tell but it seems to happen mostly in the octaves either side of middle C. Quite hard to pin down actually because I seem to be quite mildly afflicted - it happens but it's not easily reproducible.

I have started another thread, asking for more specific details, so that a fuller analysis can be undertaken. The restriction on Poll Slots only allows a superficial breakdown here.

The new thread is here
