It seems strange to purchase first and to ask if it's a good deal afterwards Shocked

Thanks for you opinion, they said the korg is in good condition except the normal use of some keys, that is all they know.I considered to get Roland Jupiter 80, but changed my mind in the last minute.did i make a right decision?

I agree with EXer.

You seem unsure . Even at that good price it is a lot of money.

There's a thread (very long one) about the Jupiter and Kronos. Question

You mention some keys do not work properly?

I'd say if you can afford a Jupiter 80 you should get brand new Kronos rather than a faulty one which may drive you nuts. The cost of repair to the keys would probably work out to be the same.

If you don't want to put yourself into trouble NEVER buy used gear without seeing it and without trying it out yourself.

You got a decent used price, from a dealer, which gives you some type of return policy. You're good.

I have no idea why the Houston store would sell that low. I don't know how they stay in business. If they are an authorized dealer and that is a new unit, it would be worth it so that you have a 2 yr Korg warranty.

no warranty.

Are you crazy , no warranty . Why not, the Kronos has only been out for a few mounts so why no warranty .

Do your self a favor , save a little more and get new ,. It will save you a big headache later . Many hear have posted numerous problems with their Kronos .

What are you trying to do with all your gear .
Is it for live or studio or both . Sounds like your ready for a audio interface and a DAW or a analog or digital mixer with a multi track recorder .

Good Luck

I don't like the no warranty part. Too early in the product life cycle.
