I've been messing with the iMS-20 app for a bit less than a week now, and I've been into composing a lot of trance, there's just this particular sound that I just can't get my hands on and I was hoping someone could aid me in finding this sound.

The sound kicks in around 0:58 in the video, those distinctive trance stabs. Sounds like brass, I just can't find a starting point.

I have horn/ brass sounds. Let me know if that is close and I can follow up with the settings for you.

Thanks for the track, it sounds cool.

Do you think you can take that brass sound and lower the sustain and tweak the decay to get a 'stab'? I would like to hear how that would sound.

Here is a link http://www.korganalogue.net/korgms/manuals/ms20/20semusin.html check out the trumpet patch and play with it to see if it will suffice.

I have tried the patches in there before, still can't find the tone I'm after.
