+1 fir the FCB1010. With the UnO chip, the thing is the ultimate in cost effective pedal boards. And, it's very sturdy. Nice piece of equipment.

Thanks for all the replies, everyone. I gueass my first look will be at the FC-7, then at the Behringer and korg offerings. I can see a trip to Bristol coming up!
