I caught the D. T. show last night in Toronto. Very good as was expected. Just wish the sound-man understood about old music halls. You don't need to push the volume up to the point that the building is bouncing. The acoustics are so good there that you literally can hear a pin drop on the stage. To much volume and you overload the room and the sound gets blurry. Up in the nose-bleeds and still needing/using ear-plugs.

I'm looking forward to the London gig in Feb next year.

Saw them 10 years ago and they were amazing.

They played for about 2 hours and 15 minutes. The venue "Massey Hall", is a union hall so the show has to be finished by !! o'clock or else the union stage hands want to get paid for overtime. Annoys the hell out of me actually. One would think that a show can be scheduled to run a specific length of time and the crew gets paid accordingly. If the band wants to play longer they should be allowed and not penalized.

Jon. where exactly in Sweden do you live? I spent some time up in Ovik back in the late 90's. I was playing in a band called Killer Bee. We even went up to Umeo ( my keyboard won't do Swedish letters so I know the spelling is wrong) to do a video for some show on channel 4. I think this was in 1996. we didn't part on the best of terms so if you go to their Myspace page you won't see any sign of me. They're even trying to sell a song that I wrote the music for. They say the keryboard player is Mats Bystrom. He did play a lot of guitar on the CD but no keyboards at all. He's a very nice guy and I'm sure he would not be impressed with this if he knew.
