Nice photo!
What is the item on the left back part of the OASYS? A cell phone? Joystick? Vibrator? _________________ ** KORG Product Support Contacts **

Just saw the pic tonight Sharp. I've got to echo Billy's comments. It looks like you are in the cockpit of a rocket and ready to head out into the stars.
Very cool. _________________ Oasys 76, Kronos 61, Roland VP 550, Wavestation A/D |

I hesitate to ask you Sharp, but I am curious about your Groove XY box.
It sure looks awesome next to your Oasys. How is it? Sorry to go off topic for a sec but I could not help it. _________________ Oasys 76, Kronos 61, Roland VP 550, Wavestation A/D |

Does the Vibrator have traditional MIDI In/Outs or is it USB-Only?? _________________ Korg Kronos 73, Korg Z1, Korg Legacy Collection-Digital Edition, Roland V-Synth GT, Waldorf Microwave XT, Waldorf mQ Phoenix, Waldorf Q Rack Yellow |

Hi Denny.
Sorry for the delay in getting to reply. There's been a lot going on here and I wasn't sure I wanted to even reply because of my work.
Firstly let me say that I'm involved in the development of the X-R, but my next comments are as a end user.
Have to say that it's a pleasure to use, purely for the fact that it gives me many benefits of a DAW, but operates exactly like any typical sound module without much in the way of any limitations.
That said, and I don't wish to take anything away from the product as it is a truly great rack unit, but I am no longer going to be involved in it's development going forward as my efforts must be committed elsewhere to other more permanent projects I wish to be apart of.
My heart is deeply rooted with KORG, hence why I own this place. So in the future I wish to get back to my roots and develop some killer KORG material which will involve a lot of investment. I also wish to explore a new venture that has just presented itself elsewhere and that will take a lot of my time.
My life lately has been spent as a “Yes” man to many people who have used me for my abilities. Well... no more. I'm going back to my roots and doing what I do best from now on. Hope to produce my best work yet over the coming months.
Regards
Sharp. |
