nanKontrol 2 track L & R not working in Pro Tools

Managed to get the nanoKontrol 2 working in Pro Tools 10 (with my Automap keyboard as well), everything works except the track/Bank switch L and R. Is it due to a conflict with the other HUI controller I'm using?
